Inheritance Act Claims 

Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 (“the Inheritance Act”) is a claim that you can take against an estate if you believe that you have not been adequately financially provided for when someone dies. Successful claims will result in the court changing the manner in which the estate is distributed. The distribution might be a lump sum of money, regular payments, transfer of property, amongst others.
