Ms Diane Morrison LLB Hons

Employment Solicitor

Ms Diane Morrison has worked in the legal sector since 1999 and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2012. Her early experience includes a significant role at the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in St Paul’s, London, where she built a strong foundation in public law.

Diane currently specialises in Community Law, with a particular focus on Welfare Benefits and Debt at Hackney Law Centre. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and ensuring access to justice. She is now expanding her practice to include Employment Law, reflecting her dedication to continuous professional development and broadening the support she offers to her clients.

In addition to her legal qualifications, Diane has been a qualified CAB Generalist Adviser since 2009 and continues to volunteer at Citizens Advice Holborn, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to grassroots community support.

In recognition of her outstanding work and dedication, Diane was honoured with a Law Society Award for Excellence.

Mr Anwar Al Mamun LLB Hons

Immigration Solicitor

Mr Anwar Al Mamun is a highly respected solicitor with over 25 years of experience in UK immigration law. Throughout his career, Anwar has been committed to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of the UK immigration system with clarity, compassion, and confidence. His depth of knowledge and dedication to justice have earned him a strong reputation in the field.

Anwar previously served as a member of the Law Society’s Immigration Experts Team, reflecting his standing as a leading voice in immigration practice. He has built extensive expertise across all areas of immigration law, including:

  • Asylum and Human Rights applications
  • Student visa and study-related immigration matters
  • Entry clearance applications
  • Spouse, partner, and family visas

Anwar is also experienced in handling immigration appeals and is not afraid to challenge Home Office decisions, including through judicial review proceedings in the High Court when necessary. His approach is strategic, detailed, and always focused on achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

Known for his honest advice, client-first ethos, and practical problem-solving, Anwar offers competitive fees and a personalised service rooted in integrity and professionalism.

Ms Foirell Robinson LLB Hons

Solicitor

Ms Foirell Robinson is a skilled and compassionate Solicitor, specialising in Wills & Probate, Property, and Welfare Benefits. With a strong reputation for her professionalism, attention to detail, and approachable nature, Foirell offers tailored legal support that clients can trust during even the most sensitive or complex matters.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2016 at a London firm, where she gained valuable experience working across a broad range of legal areas. Over the years, she has continued to deepen her knowledge and expand her practice, becoming a well-rounded and reliable legal adviser.

Foirell is an Associate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having achieved a Distinction in Administration of Estates. She is currently working towards full TEP membership, which will further enhance her already strong expertise in Private Client work.

Her practice includes a wide range of Private Client matters, such as:

  • Drafting Wills and advising on Inheritance Tax planning
  • Estate administration
  • Trust creation and advice
  • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney

Foirell also advises on Property matters and is experienced in Welfare Benefits law, where she has helped many clients secure essential support through complex systems and appeals.

Ms Lauryn Robinson-Williams BA Hons, QLD

Trainee Solicitor

Ms Lauryn Robinson-Williams is a Solicitor in training with a sharp legal mind, an analytical approach, and a growing reputation for excellence across multiple areas of law. She completed her joint honours Law degree at the University of Warwick in 2021. Lauryn has successfully undertaken her SQE training course with an LLM at BPP Holborn, and has sat her SQE exams. In October 2025, Lauryn commenced her training contract at Robinson Wilson Solicitors.

Lauryn specialises in Wills, Trusts, Contentious Probate and Tax Planning. Her exceptional knowledge of Trust and Probate law is widely recognised – she has a rare ability to absorb complex legal principles and apply them with clarity and precision. She is also experienced in litigating probate related disputes and is well-versed in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures for both small and multi-track claims.

With a strategic mindset, Lauryn approaches each matter by examining issues from all angles and preparing clients for potential challenges through thoughtful, practical solutions. Her resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills consistently contribute to successful outcomes.

Lauryn is known for her unwavering commitment to clients and her ability to guide them through complex legal processes with confidence and care. In addition to her legal work, she plays an active mentoring role within the team, supporting the paralegals and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

Ms Alisha Clarke CPQ

Senior Paralegal

Ms Alisha Clarke is a Senior Paralegal specialising in Welfare Benefits and International Probate. Known for her calm, professional approach and deep legal knowledge, Alisha is a trusted member of the team and consistently delivers outstanding client care.

Her legal journey began with an CILEx Legal Secretary qualifications (2013–2015) followed by a Certificate in Criminology (2017). She joined the firm in 2020 as a Legal Secretary, quickly progressed to Office Manager, and went on to complete the CILEx Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship, qualifying as a Paralegal.

Alisha is well-regarded for securing life-changing outcomes in complex Welfare Benefits cases, often helping clients move from the lowest to the highest entitlements. Her greatest strength, however, lies in International Probate, where she expertly navigates complex Caribbean legal systems and collaborates with international solicitors to manage estates efficiently and with care.

A trained First Aider, Alisha brings compassion, precision, and a strong commitment to justice to every case. She continues to grow as a legal professional and plays a vital role in the firm’s community-focused mission.

Mr Brian Górski BA Hons

Paralegal

Mr Brian Górski holds a BA (Hons) in Law from Keele University, graduating in 2021 and is currently completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE), alongside a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Law. Dedicated, diligent and driven by a strong sense of justice, Brian is working towards qualification as a solicitor with a focus on Wills & Probate and Property.

Brian began his career at the firm as a Legal Assistant and is now a Paralegal. He plays a key role in supporting the firm’s growing International Probate practice, with a particular focus on assisting Polish-speaking clients. Fluent in Polish, he helps bridge language and cultural gaps for individuals navigating unfamiliar legal systems during emotionally challenging times. He supports clients with form preparation, document handling, and provides guidance through the legal process with compassion and clarity.

Brian also manages the firm’s Harrow Road Drop-In Service, which offers accessible legal support to the local community. In this role, he demonstrates a strong commitment to community-focused legal work, helping residents understand their rights and access the legal assistance they need.

Ambitious and passionate about building a career in law, Brian brings not only legal skill and academic grounding, but also empathy, patience, and a real dedication to client care. He is especially interested in developing expertise in cross-border estate matters and hopes to continue serving diverse communities through inclusive and effective legal representation.

Miss Amal Mohamud

Receptionist/ Legal Assistant

Miss Amal Mohamud’s legal journey began with an CILEx Legal Secretary qualifications (2013-2015) followed by a Certificate in Criminology (2017). She joined the firm in 2020 as a Legal Secretary, quickly progressed to Office Manager, and went on to complete a CPQ and qualify as a Paralegal under the CILEx Paralegal Apprenticeship. 

In her role as a Receptionist/ Legal Assistant, Amal provides vital support to the legal team. She assists with client coordination, case management and a wide range of administrative tasks. Amal is known for her strong attention to detail and her dedication to ensuring that every case is managed thoroughly and efficiently from start to finish. She is always ready to assist both clients and colleagues, consistently going above expectations to deliver excellent service and support.

Amal holds an LLB in Law from Royal Holloway, University of London, and is fluent in both English and Somali. Her language skills and clear communication style enable her to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Amal is passionate about developing her practical legal knowledge and administrative expertise within a busy law firm environment. She is eager to pursue further legal qualifications with the goal of qualifying as a Solicitor in the future. Her particular areas of interest include Property Law, Wills and Probate and Private Client Services.

Amal is committed to maintaining high standards of client care and professional integrity. She strives to ensure that all clients receive accessible, high-quality legal support and that every matter is handled with diligence and care.

Miss Olivia Kulari

Office Junior

Miss Olivia Kulari first joined Robinson Wilson Solicitors for a period of work experience, with a budding interest in the legal field. At the time, she wasn’t quite sure which area of law she wanted to pursue or what opportunities the sector could offer. Nevertheless, her enthusiasm to learn, her maturity and drive to gain real-world experience stood out immediately.

From her first week, Olivia approached every task with professionalism and positivity. Trained in a variety of general administrative duties – she quickly proved to be reliable, focused and highly organised. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond didn’t go unnoticed.

As her confidence grew, colleagues began to involve her in more complex responsibilities, and she rose to every challenge with calm determination. Her can-do attitude, coupled with her thoughtful approach to problem-solving, made her a valuable member of the team even before her placement ended.

It is extremely clear; Olivia has potential to go far, and Robinson Wilson Solicitors are delighted to have offered her a permanent role as an Office Junior.

Currently, Olivia continues to develop her skills and remains curious about the different career paths within the legal profession.

Bright, driven and focused, Olivia definitely has a promising future ahead – and on behalf of the team, we’re proud to be a part of the start of her journey. In addition to her professional qualities, she is fluent in Macedonian and also understands Albanian – skills which add to her ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
